The Rec Center is located in downtown Arkansas City, Kansas at 225 East Fifth Avenue and is open for general use, subject to event scheduling. Facilities available for public use include basketball courts, meeting room, a walking track and the Fitness Center (membership required). The ACRC also manages the Family Aquatic Center located at 1200 West Radio Lane & Paris Park Pool located at 600 West 5th Avenue.
