Property Maintenance involves the upkeep and integrity of structures throughout the city.  This involves aesthetics such as paint as well as whether the structures is safe.  The Property Maintenance Inspector determines if there are any violations and sends out notices to properties that are in need of repair.  Our staff is willing to work with anyone in order to get the property in compliance.  The codes followed are the ICC-International Property Maintenance Code.
