The Neighborhood Revitalization Plan is a tax rebate program designed to revitalize the city.  Currently, if you enroll in this program and make improvements you will be eligible for up to a 90% tax rebate for 10 years of the improved value (Increase in valuation only).  Please see the link for the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan below for a more detailed explanation.
