The Agri-Business Building is a City owned facility available to non-profit organizations, for-profit and commercial ventures and to other persons and groups. 

The building is rented by the City and is available on an equal basis to all citizens.  The Agri-Business Building is an ideal location for family reunions, dances, meetings, agricultural, business and recreation activities. 

A park with playground equipment is located across the street as well as an outdoor public swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts.  The building is heated, with an air-conditioned office.  Off-street parking is available. 

The 23,000 square foot building will seat 1,200 people comfortably in the south area.  The overhead clearance is 18 feet and 3 inches and the building has 220 and 110 electrical outlets, one concession area, restrooms, and ticket area. 

Non-profit agencies or groups may rent tables and chairs for $8.00 per table and $.75 per chair provided they are not needed in the building on the date requested.  Rentals will be limited to no more than two consecutive days.
