Walking Trails

Poplar Walking Trail – A paved walk, bike, or skate trail on East Poplar Avenue, just off the Bypass.

One lap around here is 1 mile. 

Knebler Pond – Located off Kansas just East of the Bypass

A bike and hiking trail that is approximately 4.5 miles.

Veterans Memorial Lake – A paved walk, bike, or skate trail at 1400 S. 6th St.

One lap around is 7/8 mile. 

Lovie Watson Park – A paved walk, bike, or skate trail at 5th Street and Pine Avenue. 

Five and a half laps around is 1 mile.

Hike and Bike Trail – Located from Paris Park Pool to 5th Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.

When starting at Paris Park Pool and walking the trail to the end, the trail is 2.5 miles long. 

There are several areas to enter the trail. There are several benches for resting and trash receptacles located along the way. Adding a lap around Veterans Memorial Lake is nearly 3.5 miles from beginning to end.
