Municipal Court 

The Municipal Court Office manages the functions of Arkansas City Municipal Court. The Municipal Court hears misdemeanor, criminal and traffic cases. Types of cases can include domestic violence, petty theft, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence (DUI).

Proof of Insurance

Proof of valid insurance may be emailed to municipalcourt@arkansascityks.gov or presented to the Court Clerk during business hours, anytime prior to defendants court hearing.

At the finance Office, across the hall from the Courtroom, by calling (620) 441-4401 or online.
