An ordinance to revise and update the Arkansas City, Kansas Floodplain Management zoning regulations by repealing in full sections 18.16. 010 through 18.16. 270 of the Arkansas City municipal code, incorporating by reference new floodplain zoning regulations based on the model recommended by FEMA and the Kansas Department of Agriculture, and amending municipal code to so reflect.
