SCKEDD Housing Rehabilitation Grant Application

The 2025 Housing Rehabilitation Grant offers homeowners the chance to receive up to $25,000 per home for essential repairs!

Eligible repairs include:

• Health & Safety Upgrades
• Siding, Guttering, & Plumbing Repairs
• ADA Accessibility Improvements
• Roof Repairs, Windows, and more!
