Notice is hereby given that a request is on file with the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Arkansas City for the following:

Consideration of a floodplain variance for property located at 1020 W 5^th Ave.  The property is described as:

Lots 1-28 and all of 10^th Street adjacent, Block 5, Love’s 1^st Addition to Arkansas City, Cowley County, Kansas.
