Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a request is on file in the office of the Planning Commission of the City of Arkansas City, Kansas for the following:

PLAT

Consideration of the preliminary plat of land known as Fugate Commercial Addition and described as the following:
A subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 34 South, Range 3 East of the 6^th Principal Meridian, Arkansas City, Cowley County, Kansas, a property commonly known as 1745 & 1801 North Summit Street.  A copy of the full legal description as well as a map depicting the area is on file with the Neighborhood Services Division on the 2^nd Floor of City Hall and can be viewed during regular business hours. 

A public hearing will be held on the 14^th day of May, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Classroom at the Water Treatment Facility 400 W Madison Avenue.

Reasonable accommodations will be made available to persons with disabilities.  Requests for accommodation should be submitted to Terice Watts in the Neighborhood Services Division by Tuesday, May 7, 2024 before 5:00 pm.
