Notice of Public Hearing

Public Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for the following:

TEXT AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING REGULATIONS

Consider the advisability of amending Article 27 Signs regarding off-premises and billboard signs.

The public hearing will be held on the 10th day of December 2024 at 5:30 P.M. in the Classroom at the Water Treatment Facility 400 W Madison Avenue.  Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Neighborhood Services Division at City Hall, 118 W. Central Avenue. Reasonable accommodation will be made available to persons with disabilities. Requests for accommodation should be submitted to Terice Watts in the Neighborhood Services office by December 3, 2024, at 5:00 PM.  All interested parties take notice thereof.
