Planning Commission Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a request is on file in the office of the Planning Commission of the City of Arkansas City, Kansas for the following and that a public hearing will be held to consider:

VACATING OF RIGHT OF WAY

All of the Ash Avenue Right of Way adjoining Lots 1 & 48 Block 8 Waverley Place, Arkansas City, Kansas from the West Right of Way line of 13^th Street to the East Right of Way line of 14^th Street. 

A public hearing will be held on the 12th day of March, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Conference Room at the Water Treatment Facility 400 W Madison Avenue.
