South Central Kansas Medical Center Board of Trustees

Charter Ordinance Nos. 7, 12, 15, 21, 24, 34 and 35; Arkansas City Municipal Code Part II, Chapter 2, Article III, Division 7.

Five (5) members are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Board of City Commissioners, and at no time shall there be more than two (2) City Commissioners on the Board. 

Terms are five (5) years long and only one (1) trustee’s term shall expire each year.
