Subdivision Regulations

Subdivision regulations help the City manage new developments and to ensure that it has the proper procedures in place including parking, utilities and access. The City adopted new Subdivision Regulations on May 20, 2014 and amends them as needed.

The Subdivision Regulations are also enforced in the Growth Area as shown on the Growth Area Future Land Use Map available below.
